Top 10 Hottest Wives of Professional Athletes

Being a professional athlete has its perks, and one of those is being able to attract super hot females of the opposite sex.  Not all professional athletes are married, but in honor of those who are, here’s my list of the ten hottest wives of pro athletes.  Feel free to disagree with my order or who I have chosen, but you can’t deny the hotness on this list.
#10- Kendra Wilkinson (wed to Hank Baskett- Former NFL Receiver)

Wilkinson, one of the former Girls Next Door was one of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends during the acclaimed reality show “The Girls Next Door” from 2004-2009.  Shortly thereafter, she married then Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett in June of 2009 and the couple had a child the same year. (It did not come out wearing a smoking-jacket, so it’s presumably Hank’s kid). She currently has one of E Television’s most successful reality shows entitled “Kendra,” which focuses on Wilkinson’s relatively boring-ass life after the Playboy Mansion. Nonetheless, she’s still smoking hot and, thus, makes our list as the tenth hottest wife of a professional athlete. Baskett, 30, who undoubtedly has the brains in the family, wasn’t picked up by an NFL team in 2011 and is currently a free agent.

2004 PMOY Carmella DeCesare and husband Jeff Garcia, NFL QB.

#9- Carmella DeCesare (wed to Jeff Garcia- Houston Texans Back-up QB)

DeCesare has been married to former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia since April of 2007.  She is Playboy’s former Playmate of the Year of 2004.  She also appeared on the WWE as one of its divas in 2004 with the ring name of “Carmella”.  DeCesare and Garcia have three kids, and she currently acts as Vice-President of Garcia’s Pass It on Foundation. The over-achieving Garcia is the posterboy for all half-decent looking men striving to make a career playing professional football.  The moral of the story here is, yes fellas, if you practice throwing an oblong object through a tire enough times, anything is possible.

Ingrid Vandebosch and her NASCAR husband, Jeff Gordon.

#8- Ingrid Vandebosch (wed to Jeff Gordon- NASCAR Driver)

Vandebosch has been married to NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon since 2006 and is the oldest wife on my list at forty-one years of age.  She has appeared as a model in Vogue and Glamour magazines.  She also had a small role in film, Taxi, in 2004.  In 2008 she appeared in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue of smoking-hot wives of star athletes.  She is Jeff Gordon’s second wife–proof that NASCAR truly is a sport.  The couple has two kids. Way to lock it down, Jeff.

Carrie Prejean and her husband Kyle Boller, Raiders QB.

#7- Carrie Prejean (wed to Kyle Boller- Oakland Raiders QB)

Prejean was Miss California in 2009 and was 1st runner-up in the Miss USA Pageant of 2009.  She stirred some controversy in her 2009 Miss USA pageant with her response to a same-sex marriage question asked by pageant judge Perez Hilton, who is unabashedly gay.  In the midst of that controversy, as well as posting some risque photos, she was eventually stripped of her Miss California crown, although it was allegedly for her breach of contract violations for failing to make required appearances. For us, this of course has no bearing on the fact that she is ridiculously hot. She married Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller in July 2010 and they currently have a daughter. If her genes are any indication, our guess is that girl will be making this list in the next twenty years. Geez that’s a good looking couple.

Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher of the Nashville Predators.

#6- Carrie Underwood (wed to Mike Fisher- Nashville Predators Center)

Underwood is one of country music’s hottest stars who got her claim to fame from winning season five of American Idol.  She met then Ottawa Senators center Mike Fisher in 2008 at one of her concerts in Toronto and eventually got married in July of 2010.  Fisher was traded to the Nashville Predators in 2011 which works out well for the couple with Underwood being a country music star.  In 2012, Underwood was chosen by The Hockey News as #85 on its list of the 100 People of Power and Influence in Ice Hockey. In other words, she has more influence in hockey than her husband.

Heidi Strobel and husband Cole Hamels, pitcher for the Phillies.

#5- Heidi Strobel (wed to Cole Hamels- Philadelphia Phillies Pitcher)

Strobel was a contestant on the sixth season of Survivor and is considered one of the more attractive females the show has ever had.  She posed in the August 2003 edition of Playboy magazine with fellow Survivor contestant Jenna Morasca.  She married Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels in 2006 and they currently have two kids.  Before her Survivor days, Strobel was a physical education/health teacher in the great state of Missouri. Hamels recently raised eyebrows when he plunked the Nationals’ 19-year-old star Bryce Harper and then admitted to hitting him on purpose. Hamels was suspended for five games for his post game comments where he admitted that the beaning was on purpose, proving that in professional sports, it’s better to lie than to be honest.

Candice Crawford is pictured here with husband Tony Romo, QB for the Dallas Cowboys.

#4- Candice Crawford (wed to Tony Romo- Dallas Cowboys QB)

Crawford worked as a sports reporter for KDAF, the Dallas-Fort Worth news station when she began dating Tony Romo in 2009.  The couple got married in May of 2010 and just had their first child in April.  Before she met Tony Romo, Crawford represented Missouri in the Miss USA pageant in 2008 where she placed sixth. Notably, Romo previously dated  #6 on our list, Carrie Underwood, which shows men that it’s never too late to upgrade.

Adriana Lima and husband Marco Jaric, former NBA guard.

#3- Adriana Lima (wed to Marko Jaric-Former NBA forward)

Lima who is Brazilian, became a Victoria Secret Angel in 2000 and modeled for them through 2010.  She has appeared as a model in countless fashion magazines.  She was ranked one-hundred on Forbes Celebrity 100 (Top one-hundred highest paid and most powerful celebrities worldwide).  She also was voted eighth in FHM’s sexiest women in the world pole in 2010.  Lima married former NBA player Marko Jaric who last played professionally in Europe for Montepaschi Siena in 2011.  The couple currently is expecting their second child. Lucky bastard.

Giselle Bundchen and her NFL QB husband, Tom Brady.

#2- Gisele Bundchen (wed to Tom Brady- New England Patriots QB)

Bundchen could arguably be number one on this list for some, but her Super Bowl comments about husband Tom Brady’s throwing made absolutely no sense at all and drop her to number two on my list.  A former Victoria Secret Angel, Bundchen and husband Tom Brady (New England Patriots QB) were considered by Forbes magazine as the highest paid couples in 2011 making over 76 million annually ahead of super-couples Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie and Jay-z/Beyonce.  Bundchen has been married to the two-time Superbowl MVP since 2009 and the couple has one child together. Notably, this may be the only couple where we can honestly say that a girl on this list may be overachieving (no homo).

SI Swimsuit cover girl Brooklyn Decker and husband pro tennis player, Andy Roddick.

#1- Brooklyn Decker (wed to Andy Roddick- Tennis Star)

Decker is a former Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover model who is now pursuing her acting career.  If you want to see her on the big screen, she is currently in two movies that are playing theaters, Battleship and What to Expect When You’re Expecting.  Recently, she was listed by Men’s Health magazine as one of the hottest one-hundred women of all-time.  Decker married U.S. tennis star Any Roddick in April of 2009. If you haven’t seen her in the movie Just Go With It, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

Honorable Mention Update: Jennifer Walcott is married to NFL free agent safety Adam Archuleta.  Unless you want to get in trouble with your lady, make sure your Google safe search is turned on for this one fellas. Yowsers.

    • Asking questions are really nice thing if you are not understanding something fully, but this piece of writing gives pleasant understanding even.

  1. I leave a response each time I especially enjoy a post
on a site or I have something to contribute to the discussion.

It’s triggered by the passion displayed in the post I read. And after this post Top 10 Hottest Wives of Professional Athletes. I was actually moved enough to post a commenta response ;-) I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it’s okay.
Is it only me or do a few of these remarks come across like they are written by brain dead
people? :-P And, if you are posting at other sites, I’d like to follow anything fresh you have to post. Would you list every one of all your communal pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
